We value your time and understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and plans change. However, please be advised that when you book an appointment with us, we block time in our schedule exclusively for you. We ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you may be charged 50% of your total service.
